Our System Design team is continually evaluating home technology products to find the most reliable, highest performance products in each category for a variety of budgets. In addition, our team evaluates product integration. .  Only real world environments let us fully understand the pros and cons of certain components.  We not only want each product you buy to be a great value, but to work in your system as a whole, without glitches that may only be revealed by testing the system in an actual home.

 

Consultation and Design

To determine the best options available to meet your needs, you will be advised by one of our System Designers. We also offer you the services of specialists in fields such as acoustical engineering, electrical engineering, home security, and systems automation for more advanced projects.  To best meet your needs, we love to brainstorm as a team about your system possibilities. Our goal is to provide you with the best performing, fully tested home technology solutions, whatever your budget.

 

Installation

Once you and your System Designer determine the best solution for your needs, our operations team begins the process to obtain your equipment and arrange your installation date(s).  For larger projects, we build out your system in our lab to test before delivery to your home. Our fully trained staff of Field Technicians and Lead Field Technicians will install, calibrate and program your system, treating your home as if it were their own.  Our goal is to leave your home cleaner than when we arrived.  Your System Designer will provide you with instructions on how to get the most enjoyment from your new equipment and will be available to answer any questions.

 

Service

Our service after the installation is second to none.  We also keep a supply of loaner equipment greater in value than most dealers have in their warehouse stock.  This allows us (in most cases) to provide a loaner should you have a problem with a unit requiring repair by our service department.
